Tips:
Make time in your daily routine to be active. From light to intense exercise, every little helps. (Walking, cycling, running, swimming, playing a sport etc)
Exercising all muscle groups or the whole body at one time is a much more healthy, holistic workout for fitness rather than fragmented and isolated workouts that concentrate on limited body parts.
Drink at least two glasses of water, one or two hours before you work-out for healthy, hydrated cells that will give you energy.
Eat a wholesome protein meal within the hour after you exercise to increase/maintain muscle mass, repair muscles and increase bodily function.
Keep all exercise movements fluid and smooth, be sure to workout as gracefully as you can. Try not to make any sudden, jerky movements as it can cause damage to your joints, muscles and create inbalance to the flow of things.
Experience your spirit and feel each muscle as you are working it. Affirm yourself positively while you are exercising. Know that while you are challenging yourself physically, you are making every part of you stronger, including each and every cell inside of you.
