Where do I start?
Well, my name is Natasha but everyone calls me Tasha 😄
I have always had a love for sports and fitness, back in the day, competing in every sport under the sun! My favourites were cross country/athletics and football. (I’ve still got those kick ups😊)
Fast forward to 2015, I am now a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, working in the fitness industry for about three years. In that time, I have gained (and continually so) much knowledge and awareness about the different elements of the human body’s physical movement, inner health/wellbeing and the unison between mind, body and soul. Isn’t the human body amazing?!? I’ll always believe so.
I would say that my style of training is ‘down to earth’ (literally!) as I mainly focus on training myself and clients in the great outdoors, with an eye for form and functional movement. I have worked especially with women (but not limited to) to inspire them to reach new, physical heights that many women wouldn’t dream of being able to do and create a focus around the fitness/wellness aspect rather than just aesthetics (which always follows anyway 🙂 )
I am truly passionate about using nature’s space to enhance mine and your, quality of life. The world is a vast playground, but not only for children! Â I absolutely enjoy creating innovative styles of training in the outdoors in order to keep fitness fun and interesting, as if I were a child again (without the clumsiness…well maybe a little).
I have trained and advised many people of all ages and calibre’s in order to improve their health and wellbeing. I enjoy cooking and have a knack for creating interesting recipes (mainly vegan) as I am working towards becoming a vegan (a challenging journey that I will overcome!)
I am into wholistic and natural health, always doing research and spreading information about nature’s healing ways. See my ‘blog’ for recipes, tips and general fitness hoo-har!
I hope you enjoy my website.
May the force be with you,
Tasha x
