Personal Training Services
My approach to training is fad-free! No quick fixes, no crash dieting, no macro-counting, no stepping on the scales. My intention with clients is to inspire a long lasting, naturally healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Being a bodyweight specialist, I will focus on helping you to improve your strength, endurance, muscle tone, mobility, weight loss and awareness of the body. I can also aid in rehabilitation of an injury, but I am NOT a physiotherapist.
I am based in West London and my style of training includes circuits, H.I.I.T, strength, athletics, yoga based stretching, bar work, music for us to vibe with and loads of jokes. My motto is to ‘work from the inside-out and the rest will come’
I must stress, in training, form is everything! Never compromise your form for your ego. In order to get the best out of any exercise, the quality of each rep is more important than the quantity. In most exercises, the basic points of form are the same; Keeping a neutral spine, tailbone in and abs engaged will intensify each rep, make you stronger/more fit and decrease your risk of injury. Most injuries occur because of the lack of using correct technique, take the time to get to know your body and how it feels to perform an exercise properly. It’s all about becoming a master of YOUR own body in the great outdoors!
