Ingredients:

4 passion fruits
2 bananas

Half of a papaya

Almond milk

Water

Maca powder ….

Tip: Passion fruit is a laxative food which aids bowel action. It is beneficial in digestive problems.

This was made with whatever I had left in the fridge! Sometimes, just improvise and chuck whatever you want in a smoothie.

I do it all the time, I’ve had many a horrible tasting smoothie as well as amazing ones 😂
